There were times I thought I might have to close the doors, especially when I fell ill. It was hard, but I couldn’t give up on the dream I’d worked so hard for or the customers who felt like family. Even on the toughest days, I kept going, because I knew I had something worth fighting for.
By my side is my 10-year-old daughter, already learning the value of hard work, pride, and perseverance. She’s growing up inspired by the example I try to set for her every day.
